"​Hello! As a new agent with White Gloves Travel Co. the most important thing I can tell you is that here, with Shannon and Sheri as your leaders, you'll find all the success you want! They are immensely supportive and encouraging; they take the time to follow up with you and address your concerns and needs as fast as they can. One thing I was worried about coming into being a travel agent was the pressure to produce, as I have a full-time job already. They eased my mind however, by the way they support you going at your own pace and understanding our busy lives outside of the computer world. I've asked around other groups of agents and heard that it's not nearly as supported in other agencies to produce what and when you want. I also love the way that each of us on the team can be unique individuals in the way we run our businesses, while still very much being a part of the White Gloves Travel team.
